KEY gas spring manufactures lockable gas spring and their parts with its production facility located in Bursa Otosansit Industrial Zone. Key gas spring, which has different product types, has the capacity to perform special sample production and mass production on demand. It conducts many of its tests and measurements in its own production facilities. With their R & Dec work on lockable gas spring, they have filed 3 different patent applications worldwide. Monthly production capacity is 25,000 units per single shift. 80% of the machines used in production are automatically produced untouched with Industry 4.0 integrated systems, so the error and rejection rates are at 5 sigma level.

Lockable gas spring have a valve mechanism that allows the shock absorber stroke to be locked at any position when the locking pin is pressed. This valve mechanism is triggered by a spindle/stroke connected to the pin. When the locking pin is pressed, the PIN becomes free. When the locking pin is released at any point in the stroke, the pin is locked in this position.
